Solar energy has a huge impact not only on plant organisms that use it to produce organic compounds in the process of photosynthesis, but also on the human body. Staying in the sun strengthens our body, contributes to the production of vitamin D. However, not everyone is aware that chlorophyll is a liquid version of sunlight. Drinking chlorophyll has a beneficial effect on the human body, gives us the energy needed to live, cleanses the body of toxins and deacidifies.

Chlorophyll is called the green blood of plants and there is no exaggeration in this statement. Chlorophyll has a structure similar to the hemoglobin molecule, a component of human blood. The center of the chlorophyll molecule is magnesium, while that of hemoglobin is iron. Thanks to this, drinking chlorophyll supports the formation of hemoglobin molecules and is recommended for people with anemia.

Drinking chlorophyll is especially recommended for weakened people, staying too rarely in the sun, employees who spend many hours in closed rooms with artificial lighting. Foods with a high amount of chlorophyll, such as smoothies with the addition of green parts of plants, are the most alkaline foods that help maintain an alkaline pH in the body and thus health. Acidification of the body leads to many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure and even cancer. Chlorophyll therefore supports the treatment of the liver, cancer or atherosclerosis.

One of the great benefits of chlorophyll is its cleansing effect on the digestive and excretory systems, which involves cleansing the blood, lymph and intracellular fluids. The body cleansed of toxins is efficient, digests well, absorbs nutrients well, and we are full of energy, do not gain weight and have the strength to live. Fatty tissues and weakened internal organs and glands are in close connection with waste products, drug residues and other impurities remaining in the body.

Green vegetable juices contain chlorophyll, enzymes, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium as well as pro-vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamins C, E and K. Chlorophyll is like a storehouse of solar power and wonderfully cleanses the body. Green juices rich in potassium salts improve heart function and neutralize acids in the muscles. They also protect the liver and gallbladder from the harmful effects of fats. The chlorophyll contained in them cleans the intestines and blood, and provitamin A (carotene) has an anti-cancer effect (protects against cancer).

Like hemoglobin, chlorophyll has a great ability to combine with oxygen. It transports significant amounts of oxygen, so it plays an essential role in supporting aerobic bacteria. Pathogenic bacteria or fungi do not like oxygen very much, but they need iron to live, which unfortunately is found in hemoglobin. Therefore, chlorophyll has an advantage over the „twin” hemoglobin because in the place of iron in its molecule there is magnesium. Thanks to this, it has strong disinfecting and anti-inflammatory properties.

In order for us to enjoy good health, our intestines should contain 80 to 85% of „good” bacteria. Intestinal bacteria produce many essential nutrients in our body, including vitamin K, B vitamins, numerous useful enzymes. These „good” aerobic bacteria thrive in the presence of oxygen and need it for continued growth and survival. Therefore, if we do not have enough oxygen in the cells, „bad” bacteria, such as Helicobacter pylori, take over and begin to multiply, leading to numerous infections and diseases. These pathogenic microbes are anaerobic and cannot tolerate gaseous oxygen. Taking care of your intestinal flora is extremely important. Many factors, such as antibiotics, improper diet, overeating or stress, can easily destroy the „good” bacteria. In this case, 80 to 90% of „bad” bacteria could live in our body, which would contaminate it with toxic acidic waste. The prevalence of anaerobic bacteria in our gut is believed to be one of the root causes of all disease.

Chlorophyll:

The best sources of chlorophyll are the green parts of leeks, parsley and celery leaves, cucumber, young beet leaves. However, it should be noted that with some serious diseases, such as problems with the gallbladder, and hormonal disorders, drinking juices and cocktails from green parts of plants may have a negative impact on the development of the disease. This applies primarily to vegetables such as diggers, broccoli, cauliflower leaves, turnip leaves, kohlrabi leaves, radish leaves, kale, spinach, savoy cabbage, Chinese cabbage, watercress, dandelion, nettle. plantain and other herbs, alfalfa, wheat and barley grasses. Therefore, such a change in diet should be discussed with your specialist doctor.

The most effective is drinking liquid chlorophyll or smoothies made of mixed vegetables. It is less effective to eat cooked vegetables, because some of the nutrients are lost in the cooking process. Juices squeezed in an ordinary juicer are not so valuable, because many ingredients do not get into the juice, but remain in the waste mass. A blender, juicer or low-speed juicer will do better.
